What I’ve learned in the past few years being with you Cassie, is be patient and believing in the process. Eating over 160g of Carbs is not bad for you or even eating over 2000 calories. Before I started the program, I was barely eating food. Now I eat way more. Don’t be scared of eating food. I know I still have more to go; however, I have learned to be consistent, trust the process and shift your mindset and you will see progress.
