I love this set for at home work outs if you cannot get a dumbbell set up. It’s affordable and has a variety of options to create many different moves and angles for upper and lower body.
VITAL PROTEINS COLLAGEN
My favorite collagen because it only has 1 ingredient (not extra fillers) and it’s tasteless so you can add it to anything. I add this to my coffee, smoothies, milk with cereal, pasta sauce, chilli / soup, and can even bake with it.
Milk Frother
I use this almost every day whether its to stir my organific greens and reds or my coffee and collagen. Love that it comes with a stand too!

Great book for understanding our minds and how habits are created. Such a great read for establishing new habits in your life. Anyone can benefit from this book!
High Waisted leggings – Lululemon dupes!
If you like lululemon aligns, but don’t love the price tag, these are the next best thing and a must have! I have found for such an affordable price. I recommend ordering a size down. I am normally a size small or a 2 in lululemon aligns, and I order XS for these.
Seamless Crop Work Out Tank
Nothing fancy but I think they are so flattering and comfortable. They come with bra pads which I personally like to take out. super comfy!
Face Mask – Aztec Indian Healing Clay
My all time favorite and I mix it with apple cider vinegar. Only 1 ingredient, very clean. Mixed with ACV it pulsates on your skin and in my experience has been the BEST for removing blackheads. I’ve tried so many expensive blackhead masks and nothing works as good as this to me.
Blue Light Blocker Glasses
Looking at screens all day? Bue light blocking glasses help reduce the strain on your eyes, helps promote better sleep, reduces headaches. I wear mine on heavy laptop days and especially if I am on screens in the evening before bed.
